What do circle sizes mean?
Larger circles indicate more total housing units in that block group.
A large circle means a denser residential area; a small one means fewer homes.
What do the colors mean?
Colors show the percentage of housing built since 2020. Darker blue
means a higher share of new construction (a “construction hotspot”).

Where does the data come from?
Housing data comes from the American Community Survey (ACS) 2023 5-Year Estimates,
published by the U.S. Census Bureau.
